Joining video conferences

No registration is required to participate in VideoMost online video conferences - any person with an invitation from the conference owner can join.

To join a video conference:

• follow "Join conference" hyperlink on VideoMost website, type in conference ID and password, as well as a name under which you will join the conference, and click "Join conference", or
• simply follow the hyperlink included with the invitation, type in a name under which you will join the conference (conference ID and password wil be provided automatically), and click "Join conference".

Check "Remember me on this computer" to save the name you typed in and reuse it automatically for further conferences.

To participate in a video conference, users utilize their web browsers.

Registering

No registration is required to participate in VideoMost online video conferences, but creation of new conferences and conference management are only available for registered users.

To register, send a registration request to VideoMost administrator.

Follow "Register" hyperlink at the top right and complete the registration request form. Make sure to provide working e-mail address - once the administrator has created a VideoMost account for you, your personal account data will be sent to this e-mail address.

Logging in

Visit VideoMost website and follow "Schedule conference" hyperlink on VideoMost website, or click "Log in" at the top right of VideoMost window.

Type in your login and password, and click "Log in":

If you are not yet registered with VideoMost video conferencing service, click "Proceed to registration page" and complete the registration request form.

After logging in, you will gain access to your account, personal data, and conference management tools.
