If you have joined a video conference and cannot see your own video feed, please check if your web camera is connected properly.
In Windows XP: go to Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager.
In Windows Vista: go to Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System -> Device Manager.
You will see a window with a list of all web cameras connected to your computer, under the title of "Video devices". Select a camera you want to use for video conferencing purposes, right-click its name in the list, and select "Properties" from the camera's context menu.
Now you will see the camera's properties window. Check "Device status". If the status is not "The device is functioning normally", reinstall drivers for your web camera.
Check availability of the device as well:
- in Windows XP: in "Device usage" section of the window, the status should be "This device is in use (enabled)",
- in Windows Vista: go to "Driver" tab of "Properties" window; if "Disable" command is available for the device, the device is enabled. Otherwise, run "Enable" command.
Back on the conference webpage, go to "Settings" pane and make sure a correct camera is selected in "Web camera" section. Select the correct camera if necessary.

Make sure no other applications are currently using this camera, and no other browser video conference is currently open. If necessary, close all applications using the camera, and close all copies of your browser.
Another conference user's video feed is not displayed
This is often the case when a port used by the video conferencing service for data transfer is blocked. Please contact your system administrator and explain that you need open ports for RTP protocol.
Poor quality of another conference user's video feed
If a port used by the video conferencing service for data transfer is blocked, the system cannot establish a direct connection and is forced to reroute data packets. Due to the longer data travel time and increased data losses, resulting video quality can suffer.
Please contact your system administrator and explain that you need open ports for RTP protocol.
This is also often the case when a port used by the video conferencing service for data transfer is blocked on other conference participants' computers. Ask them to contact their system administrators and explain that you need open ports for RTP protocol.
